The 110 W pump motor, 180 W brush motor, and two 1000 W vacuum motors enable rapid removal of heavy dirt, stains, and water.

Its 21-liter clean water tank and 38-liter dirty water tank allow uninterrupted use during long cleaning sessions. The 1400 rpm brush speed delivers ideal mechanical action on carpet surfaces. The 18-meter cable length offers a wide working radius, while the 74 kg body ensures vibration-free, stable operation.

HY31 is designed to work efficiently on large surfaces such as carpet washing factories, hotels, business centers, cinema halls, and mosque carpets. Usage Method and Practical Recommendations

Preparation Stage

The carpet surface should be vacuumed to remove dust and particles. For stained areas, apply a suitable pre-wash chemical and allow a few minutes of dwell time. Position the machine on a flat surface, check the tank levels, and ensure the cable route is clear.

Washing Application

Fill the clean water tank with water and detergent according to manufacturer instructions. When the machine is activated, guide the brush system over the carpet surface with consistent movements. The 400 mm width should be used with an overlapping line method. For stubborn stains, reduce movement speed to increase contact time.

Rinsing and Drying

For rinsing after washing, use clean water, then activate the vacuum motors to fully remove dirty water from the carpet. Thanks to the dual-motor vacuum system, the moisture level is reduced to a minimum, shortening the drying time.

Maintenance and Safety

After each use, both the clean and dirty water tanks should be emptied, and the brush and vacuum sections should be washed and dried.
