Return Policy

At Olmo.com.tr, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, you can easily complete your return process under the conditions listed below.

1. Return Period

You may return the products you received within 14 days from the delivery date without providing any justification. For your return request to be valid, the product must be unused, and its original packaging and labels must be undamaged.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Returns are not accepted in the following situations:

- Used, damaged, or opened products

- Personal care products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

- Custom-made or personalized products

- Products purchased during campaigns or discounted sales (returns are only accepted in case of a manufacturing defect)

3. Return Process

After your request is received, shipping details will be shared, and you may send the product to us using the contracted cargo company. Once the product reaches us, it will undergo technical inspection and eligibility checks. For approved returns, your refund will be issued within 7 business days using the same payment method you used.

4. Shipping Fee

If the product is defective or incorrectly shipped, the return shipping fee will be covered by Olmo.com.tr.

In all other cases, the return shipping fee must be paid by the customer.

5. Exchange Process

Exchange requests are fulfilled depending on stock availability. If the desired product is not in stock, a refund will be issued.
